Our strategic implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of WIOA youth workforce programs earned 2 state-level awards for improving education and employment outcomes for families across 5 counties. 

Our strategies expanded public sector partnerships for leadership training, enabling seamless virtual delivery of organizational development training programs and services for HomeStar, Homestretch, UNG, Kennesaw State, Amerigroup-Anthem, and several agencies within the State of Georgia 

Our grant expertise led to multiple contract awards from GA Department of Family & Children Services (DFCS) and subsequent agency-requested expansions of Family Intervention Team services and Child Life History services across all counties in Georgia. 

Our grant writing and program design has fostered tech talent development and scaled impact for Morehouse College, Clark Atlanta University, Atlanta Housing,  STEM Atlanta Women, and Westside Works with CareerRise.

Our grant writing and coordination has fostered energy efficiency funding and generated $2M federal-level proposals for Parks & Rec, Fire, and Police, driving sustainability goals and achieving long-term savings.

Our strategies secured sponsorships from Road Scholar, Wish of a Lifetime with AARP,  Chateau Elan, and others, boosting visibility and outreach for Women Empowerment events, workshops, and podcast series.

Our funding & project management with GUP enabled the launch Mental Health First Aid Certification pipeline for 15+ nonprofits & universities resulting in 400+ certifications to date.

Through curated needs assessment, grant writing, and program pilot, our efforts secured a Kroger Community grant and extended the Lyft partnerships for food aid and workforce re-entry. Result: 1,700+ supported, 77% job placement.

Our grant writing secured funding from Google, the Jordan Brand, and others sponsoring innovative programs delivered in the DC-region, PA, and GA to successfully scale workforce training & employer access to a talent pipeline of over 10,000 seeking roles in Tech.
